What owners usually ask us.

Anything else? Email us, or ask the assistant above.

What is a forward-deployed engineer?

A software engineer deployed into your business. They learn how your operations really run, then build, launch and maintain the software around them, and stay accountable for it working.

Is the engineer in our office every day?

No. Your engineer works with your team online on agreed days each week, with email support in between.

How is this different from a software agency?

An agency delivers a project to a brief and moves on. Your engineer stays: the same person builds, launches and runs the system as your business changes.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We need time from the people who run your operations, and access to the tools you use today.

How is pricing decided?

On your requirements. After a requirements meeting you receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost.

Who owns the system and the data?

[To confirm: ownership of the code and data, and the handover if you stop.]
